Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after placing the order if all the items are in stock. Item will ship USPS and transit times are from 2 to 7 days from shipment (times may vary and can change without notice.)
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Vyrus Co currently ships internationally. We do not do rush order or 2 day shipping at the moment. If you'd like to do this feel free to contact us as early as possible and we can arrange your request.

Confirmation of Shipment:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail you that the order has shipped with your tracking number.

- Free UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $50
- Shipping rates are flat rate for both US orders and international. We ship through USPS, feel free to learn more about the USPS here.

- Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days

- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached, in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
- Vyrus Co does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to info@vyrusco.com before sending the item back.
- You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, if you wish to return an item please contact us as soon as possible. We will email you a return shipping label which you may print and attach. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.

- We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 days.

We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
VyrusCo takes no responsibility for undelivered items. We use a verified shipping software that confirms your address before shipment. Any missing items should be reported to your local post office. Vyrus will help assist in any way and potentially offer some level of refund or offer, although there is no guarantee.
If you have removed the tags, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return.
